Giving the Bathroom a Proper Cleaning

Giving the Bathroom a Proper Cleaning - Caroline Smith

I admit it. I haven’t been the best when it comes to keeping my bathroom clean. It just feels like such a bother trying to scrub every nook and cranny when the room is scarcely used. I basically keep it dusted and make sure the sink and bathtub are ok and that’s good enough for me.

Unfortunately my neglecting my cleaning duties has led to more than a little bit of mildew building up over the years that I haven’t gotten rid of and, from what I am told, this can affect the quality of the air in the home. In fact, my friend has been telling me that I need to speak to somebody who can carry out air quality testing so I can find out for myself if it’s going to be harmful to me.

To be fair, I think it’s probably a worthwhile endeavour. If I get some guys in to do air quality testing for me, I can also have them look around the rest of the house and see if I have any other problem areas that need to be sorted out.

My first instinct is that the mildew in the bathroom isn’t going to be causing me that much of a problem and the air quality testing Montreal will probably show that there is trace amounts in the air but nothing that could do any real damage. Still, it’s never a bad idea to put your mind at ease about these things and, hopefully, the info will act as a bit more of a spur to actually do something about it at least.

The trick now is to find an air quality testing Montreal company, that can do this at a fairly low price for me. I’m always a little loathe to spend money on things that don’t seem to be having any sort of effect on me, but my friend is pretty determined that I need to have somebody check it out.

I have a few numbers that I will call over the next week or so, but I think I may spend a little time just giving the bathroom a good cleaning regardless. After all, why wait to find out if something’s wrong when I can just attack the problem head-on right now? It looks like a have a fun weekend ahead of me, so I best break out the rubber gloves.
